Firm’s History
Our firm Hanna Kellman and Associates is a descendant of the firm Hanna and Co. which was established in 2006 with attorney Dwayne Hanna; upon the passing of Mr Hanna in 2010, to keep Hanna’s “legal eagle” legacy flourishing the firm then became incorporated as Hanna Kellman and Associates in 2011; retaining the same proficiency and succession of long-term client relationships while continuing to modernize the firm in the
21st century.

Our firm is on the cutting edge with 21st century methods of practicing law while retaining confidentiality and efficient professional legal services. Our
firm is technologically competent and currently accommodates virtualcourt hearings, as well as consultations with local and international clientsin a fully functional virtual meeting room.
The firm expects to exercise the use of electronic documentation such as smart contracts and encrypted digital signatures, as it becomes standard in modern 21st century law practices; we are also on the verge of accepting
digital crypto currency payments from our clients and facilitate digitalpayments to clients that choose to use this method.
In the effort to reduce our carbon footprint in the environment, our firm isslated to move to becoming fully paperless with our day to daycommunications and correspondences by the end of 2022.
